Vladimir Zagorac introduces EnGo, a groundbreaking smart street light that harnesses solar and kinetic energy to provide power and Wi-Fi for mobile devices. This innovative design aims to create contemporary visual environments while addressing the need for sustainable and interactive urban infrastructure.

EnGo is an off-the-grid lighting solution that integrates renewable energy sources, including solar and kinetic energy from footsteps, to power its interactive features. The design includes a main LED reflector powered by solar cells or a kinetic energy harvesting pad, providing customizable ambient lighting and a unique advertising platform. The incorporation of Wi-Fi charging pads and an array of sensors further enhances its functionality as a social hub and data collection point for city planners.

With a focus on modularity and adjustability, EnGo offers a versatile solution for public spaces, allowing for easy installation and customization based on specific location and usage requirements. The design also addresses the aesthetic and functional limitations of existing solar LED street light solutions, presenting a cost-effective and visually appealing alternative.

Vladimir Zagorac's EnGo project, developed in collaboration with a New York-based startup and a team from Belgrade, Serbia, has garnered recognition, including the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Street and City Furniture Design category. This accolade acknowledges the design's innovative approach to public lighting and its potential to contribute to improvements in urban infrastructure and quality of life.
