FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Design Unveiled: Trip of Tea Illustrations

Renowned designer Wu Yao has unveiled the "Trip of Tea" illustrations, inspired by the historical Chinese tea transportation routes. The illustrations are a tribute to the "Ten Thousand Miles Tea Road" and the "Maritime Silk Road", integrating the most conspicuous horse element from the "Bama Tea" company logo. The designs were realized using hand-drawn tablet and Photoshop, with the potential for commercial applications such as postcards and posters.

The illustrations, created for "Bama Tea", showcase the horse element as the main theme, symbolizing the "Revisiting the Road to Tea". The designs incorporate different images of horses and saddles, representing various tourist destinations and regions. The entire picture is unfolded in a tiled form, enabling easy graphic promotion and use.

The project commenced in Beijing in August 2022 and concluded in December 2022. The illustrations, displayed as separate works, measure 3.84m*0.76m using giclee technology, with commercial applications varying in size based on the type.

The "Trip of Tea" illustrations were awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing their outstanding expertise and innovation. Wu Yao's remarkable designs showcase a high level of excellence, introducing positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
