Renowned designers Daisuke Nagatomo and Minnie Jan reveal their latest project, the Arup Taipei office interior, blending the company's spirit with bright, eye-catching elements.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
In a stunning collaboration, Daisuke Nagatomo and Minnie Jan have unveiled the Arup Taipei office interior, a vibrant and innovative space designed to harmonize the company's ethos with its physical surroundings. The project, located in the elite area of Taipei, reflects the brand's identity through the strategic use of color and texture, creating a unique and engaging environment.
The office interior features the brand's signature colors, bright orange and red, prominently displayed near the entrances, along with the company logo creatively integrated into the design. The use of cement-textured walls further emphasizes the company's spirit, extending from design and engineering to construction, while showcasing the precision and strength of the engineering structure through hanging strip lights.
Spanning 283m2, the space includes designated areas such as the working area, reception, pantry, manager office, meeting rooms, and specialized zones like the breastfeeding room and server room. The design seamlessly integrates functionality with aesthetics, offering a spacious and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.
The project, which commenced in September 2022 and concluded in March 2023, presented unique challenges due to the time constraints associated with a rented property. Despite these challenges, the design team successfully delivered a captivating and functional space that embodies the company's culture and values.
Daisuke Nagatomo, a distinguished architect and educator, and Minnie Jan, renowned for their innovative design approach, have once again demonstrated their prowess in creating exceptional interior spaces that elevate the user experience while reflecting the essence of the brand.
