Stumbro Starka Revamp Unveils Unique Bottle Design and Rich Label

Asta Kauspedaite, in collaboration with "Studija Creata" and "Stumbras," reimagines Stumbro Starka, a traditional Lithuanian beverage, with a new, uniquely-shaped, dark glass bottle adorned with raised calligraphy and a rich label that narrates the legend of the beverage. The revamp aims to showcase the unique heritage of Starka and provide it with an impressive look that its predecessor may not have had.

The bottle stopper is decorated with an oak leaf wreath, maintaining the black, white, and red color scheme characteristic of the earlier Stumbro Starka. The goal is to create a reserved, but rich appearance, highlighting the beverage's unique qualities.

The revamp, completed in 2015, was awarded Silver in A' Packaging Design Award in 2016, recognizing the exceptional creativity and innovation behind the design.

Asta Kaušpėdaitė, based in Vilnius, Lithuania, is a renowned designer with a focus on package design, particularly in alcohol product labels and bottle designs. With a strong conceptual basis and appealing graphics, she consistently delivers distinctive solutions that stand out in the industry.
