Lithuanian Vodka Gold. Diamond Edition

Designer Asta Kauspedaite unveils the "Lithuanian Vodka Gold. Diamond Edition," a limited edition vodka inspired by unique pieces of Lithuanian folk art known as straw gardens. These diamond-shaped spatial compositions symbolize the order of the universe and have been reimagined as a modern decor for the vodka bottle. The play of light and reflections in the overlapping silver and white rhombi recreates an intangible spatial effect, making the tradition of times past sparkle like a diamond.

Expressing respect for traditions and rendering them in a modern manner, the "Lithuanian Vodka Gold. Diamond Edition" continues the series of limited edition vodkas dedicated to this theme. By applying modern decor and providing contemporary expression, folk art spatial structures turned into a rhythm of intersecting lines. The play of light and reflections in the overlapping silver and white rhombi recreated an intangible spatial effect. Tradition of times past began to sparkle like a diamond.

The "Lithuanian Vodka Gold. Diamond Edition" was introduced in autumn 2014 and was awarded Silver in A' Packaging Design Award in 2015, showcasing outstanding expertise and innovation in design. Asta Kauspedaite, the designer behind this remarkable creation, is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and has been focusing on package design, mainly alcohol product labels and bottle designs, for the past fifteen years.
