About Shenzhen Social Welfare Center

Sited at the north of Guanguang Road, Longhua District, the project is by far the largest comprehensive social welfare center in Shenzhen, covering an area of 32,269 sqm and housing the children' home and the old people's home. The two buildings for the children and the elderly are independent but share resources. The design goal is to control cost, carry forward Lingnan features and create a bright, spacious and warm architectural hue with good ventilation.
