Qun Wen's International Duty Free, located in Haikou Binhai New Area, is a reception center that embodies deconstructionist techniques to create a modern art gallery and sales center. The design integrates abstract architectural elements, emphasizing the building's outer wall to form a strong architectural symbol.

The 2215 sq m building stands out with its use of horizontal-grained panels and titanium-zinc embellishments, showcasing a minimalist and landmark design. The project, completed in September 2021, serves as a spiritual fortress and gateway to the west coast city.

The design team, led by Qun Wen, overcame challenges in material innovation and design concept improvements to create this innovative structure. The project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its outstanding expertise and innovation.
