Revolutionizing Urban Architecture with Chongwen Langyue

Located at the intersection of Zhengyang Avenue, Chongwen Langyue aims to break the traditional mold of sales office buildings. It redefines urban spaces, creating a dynamic public area that represents the future lifestyle of Jingyang.

With a focus on functionality and aesthetics, the building's unique design and strategic positioning make it a standout feature in the city's landscape.

The project was led by Qun Wen, with a team of talented architects and designers, who meticulously crafted the innovative structure.

The interior design of Chongwen Langyue seamlessly integrates building and interior elements, utilizing geometric shapes and metallic textures to create a futuristic and fashionable atmosphere. The building's facade, adorned with a glass curtain wall, showcases the interior's dynamic and sculptural features, inviting exploration and curiosity.

Spanning an area of 2115.81㎡, the center boasts a sail-shaped main entrance, symbolizing smooth sailing and a promising future for the community.

The project faced challenges in lighting design, overcoming them with a dreamy scene created by dyed lights and metal reflections, enhancing the public activity space and contributing to the community's well-being.

Chongwen Langyue is the recipient of the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building, and Structure Design in 2024, recognizing its exceptional innovation and technical prowess.

Qun Wen, the visionary behind Chongwen Langyue, is a prominent architectural designer with a passion for enhancing human experiences through innovative design solutions. With around 30 years of experience and the founder of aoe, a Beijing-based design office, Wen's unique approach blends eastern and western design philosophies, making him a leading figure in contemporary design in China.
