Torres Arquitetos introduces Arte Residence, a distinctive 20-story residential building located on Torres beach, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Each floor features two apartments, each spanning 200.00 square meters, with three suites and spacious social areas. The building's design is characterized by a large vertical monolith with expressive horizontal planes, showcasing large sea-facing balconies. The architecture exudes serenity, with a focus on authenticity through the use of exposed concrete and wood.

The construction of Arte Residence prioritizes quality and authenticity, utilizing exposed concrete, wood, and ceramic tiles. The building aims to minimize environmental impact through energy efficiency, conscientious water consumption, thermoacoustic comfort, and proper waste disposal and recycling. This unique residential product reflects a contemporary and sober architecture, emphasizing originality and customization.

Arte Residence is a testament to Torres Arquitetos' commitment to architectural excellence and innovation. The project is currently under construction and has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category for its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements.
