Collina del Faro: A Unique Blend of Nature and Architecture

Torres Arquitetos introduces Collina del Faro, a residential building project inspired by the natural landscape of the intervention lot located at the foot of Farol Hill and the beach in Torres-RS, Brazil. The project aims to create a dialogue between architecture and nature, seamlessly integrating the natural beauties of the coastal city into the apartments.

The Collina del Faro project features a set of staggered floors, creating suspended houses that harmoniously blend with the landscape of Farol Hill. The interior of the apartments serves as large frames for the exterior, providing a privileged view of the sea. The building utilizes techniques, technologies, and materials common to the coast region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, ensuring a seamless integration with the surrounding environment.

The residential building, located on a beachfront lot, offers 8 exclusive units with sizes ranging from 280m² to 520m². Each unit boasts 4 suites, with the social areas facing the sea and integrated with balconies that feature swimming pools, providing an unparalleled view of the city's beach.
