Mateus Matos Montenegro's Meat n Beer brand design is a fusion of traditional cattle imagery and longneck beer bottles, creating a unique and elegant symbol that represents the flagship store's specialty meats and beers. The logo's use of negative space forms a single image, embodying strength and artisanal style.
The design extends beyond the logo, with various elements such as kraft paper bags, corten steel facade plates, growler bottles, and silk-screen printed cups, all contributing to the brand's cohesive identity.
Starting in July 2016 and culminating with the opening of the second store in December 2018, the design project was meticulously crafted to integrate seamlessly with the store's architecture, creating a unified brand experience.
