Longfor Hefei Paradise Walk: A New City Landmark in Hefei

Aico Ltd proudly presents Longfor Hefei Paradise Walk, a regional shopping center in Hefei, China, designed as a comprehensive mixed-use office complex. Inspired by the city's river harbor history, the building's sail-shaped tower and boat-like facade create a dynamic skyline, symbolizing the journey to happiness. The project boasts unique features such as three theme atriums and exterior roof gardens, making it a brand new city landmark.

The project, spanning 248,496.07 sqm, seamlessly integrates retail, office, and residential spaces, leveraging Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) principles to connect with the metro, bus, and surrounding amenities. The innovative fisheye curtain wall, a standout feature, posed significant design challenges, involving complex structural and lighting considerations.

Commencing in April 2016 and completing in December 2019, the project has garnered acclaim, receiving the Silver A' Design Award in 2021 for its outstanding technical prowess and innovative design. Aico Ltd's Longfor Hefei Paradise Walk stands as a testament to the company's commitment to excellence and innovation in architectural design.
