Headquarters Complex by Aico Ltd

Aico Ltd unveils the Headquarters Complex, a revolutionary project comprising one office building and two apartment buildings, featuring a platform layer in the higher levels that provides shared amenities such as a gym with a swimming pool, a book bar, and a small cinema. The project is strategically located in the Creative Media Technology Park (CMTP) in Changsha, adjacent to the Liuyang River and the central axis of the park. The design seeks to create a unique city landmark by linking three towers, arranged in an encircling manner along the river and connected in the air, ensuring the maximum view toward the river.

The project's unique garden office podium consists of three stories that accommodate working spaces, meeting rooms, reception areas, and a product gallery for the five branch companies owned by Sunwalk Construction Group. The porosity of the garden office plan allows plenty of natural light into the interior spaces and ensures the openness of the project to the city.

The Headquarters Complex boasts a total construction area of 114664sqm, with the office area covering 35000sqm and the apartment area spanning 49500sqm. The project is designed to enhance interaction and circulation between the office, hotel, and apartment towers, offering a new way of living and working. The construction of the project commenced in April 2019 and is still ongoing.

The innovative design overcame the challenge of the height limit of the site by creating three towers linked by a platform layer in the air, serving as a unique city landmark. The project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence.
