Ruud Winder, a distinguished designer, has revealed the rebranding of Woonwaard, one of the largest housing associations in the Netherlands. The rebranding aims to modernize the identity of Woonwaard while maintaining a sense of seriousness and conveying calmness and serenity. This initiative reflects the association's commitment to sustainability and inclusivity.
The rebranding project emphasizes the use of sustainable resources, including FSC-certified materials and digital applications. The new identity features a unique set of circles, representing diversity and positive aspects of renting, and is printed on FSC HVO paper in vibrant Pantone colors.
Designer Ruud Winder's team, along with Woonwaard, embarked on this project in the Amsterdam region, completing it in 3-4 months. The rebranding has been recognized with a prestigious A' Design Award, highlighting its global impact and innovative approach to corporate identity.
