Central Park Sales Office by Kris Lin

KLID is proud to unveil the "Central Park" sales office, a project designed by Kris Lin, located in Xi'an, China. Situated next to Xi'an's largest urban ecological park, the 113.4-hectare project seamlessly integrates nature and architecture to create a unique reception center with a park experience. The design draws inspiration from the harmony between nature and architecture, aiming to provide visitors with a serene and immersive environment.

The "Central Park" sales office stands out with its unique features, including a glazed leaf installation art that runs through the entire space, creating a progressive and enchanting ambiance. The design team, led by Kris Lin and Jiayu Yang, meticulously crafted the space to reflect the theme of "Central Park," emphasizing the introduction, elucidation, transition, and summary of the natural landscape.

Covering an area of 1500 square meters, the sales office showcases a meticulous attention to detail, with every element carefully curated to evoke a poetic expression. The project, which commenced in April 2019 and concluded in January 2020, was exhibited in Xi'an, China, in January 2020, showcasing the culmination of extensive research and creative vision.
