U Pro Series Mulcher: A New Standard in Professional Mulching Equipment

Vladimir Zagorac introduces the U Pro Series Mulcher, a revolutionary redesign of the classic all-rounder, incorporating cutting-edge technology, premium build quality, and upgraded design inspired by the new U series. The machine features bold graphics, a robust form, and unique design details that expand the functionalities of the standard U model.

The U Pro model stands out with a distinct structural form inspired by the shape of Mount Rtanj, utilizing a simplified and more durable belt-tightening system. The transmission and rotor are now height adjustable, while the side mask is much smaller. Carefully placed brakes enhance robustness, while clean lines and concealed joins convey orderliness and discipline.

Constructed with welded steel and powder-coated/galvanized, the U Pro Series Mulcher boasts a width of 280 cm, depth of 122 cm, height of 107 cm (for 250 cm working grip), and weighs 980 kg. Its versatile hydraulically controlled side shift frame can be front and rear mounted to a tractor, with additional movable attachment points that adapt to the contours of the terrain. The product range covers 250, 280, and 300 cm working grips.

The U Pro Series Mulcher project lasted for several months and was completed in Belgrade and Boljevac. The design combines bold lines and angled surfaces, emphasizing forward motion, strength, and durability. The new design brings more structural stability to the professional version of the model and simplifies the production of the side mask, contributing to the overall striking and dynamic aesthetics.
