Proshot Coffee Packaging Design

Mohsen Koofiani has unveiled the Proshot Coffee packaging design, featuring imaginary giants and their nomadic tools, aiming to create an interactive atmosphere between consumers, nature, and coffee producers. The design invites consumers to pay more attention to the stages of coffee production and nature conservation while enjoying their coffee. The watercolor illustration and the use of shiny parts in the print technique make the packages visually appealing and eye-catching.

The design, realized using a 3-layer, valved, side fold coffee package made of BOPP material, showcases the dimensions of 140mm in width, 100mm in depth, and 360mm in height. The revolutionary giant characters depicted on the packaging aim to spread love and happiness, representing the care needed to protect the environment and raise awareness of global warming during coffee production.

The project, which started in November 2020 and finished in September 2021 in Shiraz, was exhibited in January 2022. The design was the result of extensive field and internet research on coffee processing methods, steps, and varietals, including inputs from Proshot coffee factory staff. The design was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence.
