Refined and Minimalist Wine Labels Reflecting Sardinian Heritage

Giovanni Murgia, an esteemed designer, unveils the KannuNaUm wine labels, a testament to the rich history and culture of Sardinia. These labels, designed for wines originating from the "Land of Longevity," encapsulate the essence of the region, its people, and the centenarian grapevines that produce these exceptional wines. Crafted with a special printing technique, the golden grapevine symbolizes the bond between winemakers and their historical roots, elevating the prestige of the wine.

The labels, measuring 120mm x 130mm, are printed on special paper with a tactile sensation, enhancing their luxurious appeal. The 3D design of the grapevine, created using the "cast gold" technique, provides a visually and tactilely stunning representation of the wine's unique characteristics and the region's cultural significance.

The project, initiated in September 2018 and completed in December 2018 in Sassari, Italy, was presented to the media in February 2019 in Tortoli, Sardinia. The design process was deeply rooted in the region's elements, with a focus on the land's history, culture, and the secret of longevity that inspired the creation of these exceptional wine labels.
