FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wenkai Xue's "Hero" fire truck is a pioneering application of IOE in the fire protection industry, aiming to revolutionize traditional fire fighting methods. The design integrates an interactive screen that allows firefighters to generate preset data for on-site use, while multiple drones assist in fire extinguishing with specialized devices. The vehicle's advanced infrared thermal imaging system provides real-time feedback, promising a new era for fire protection.
The fire truck's design features thickened steel plates and embedded metal protective nets to withstand harsh environments, while an integrated interactive panel with a tablet computer screen aids in formulating safer and more effective rescue plans. With a size of 12000mm x 3000mm x 3800mm, this innovative vehicle represents a significant leap forward in fire protection technology.
Wenkai Xue's "Hero" fire truck project commenced in March 2021 and was completed in May 2021 at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. The design was showcased at the institution's Art Museum, marking a pivotal moment in the evolution of fire protection technology.
Lessons from past fire accidents inspired the development of "Hero," addressing challenges such as cumbersome operating procedures and insufficient water gun jetting capability in high-rise buildings. The design optimizes the functions of traditional fire trucks and integrates modern technology, ushering in a new era of intelligent fire protection.
The most significant challenge in creating "Hero" was integrating 5G technology with big data resources to realize intelligent fire prevention and seamlessly integrate with traditional fire fighting operations. Overcoming this hurdle ensures that firefighters can quickly adapt to the new technology, expediting rescue efforts and reducing casualties.
